The knowledgebase is a categorized collection of answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ) and articles. You can read articles in this category or select a subcategory that you are interested in.
Our templates are compressed to speed up your download.
Each template file is compressed as ZIP file for the PC or a SIT file for the Mac. You will need to decompress the file before you can open and edit the form layout in your application. Depending on your operating system, you may require WinZip for the PC or Stuffit Expander for the MAC or compatible products, to decompress the template folder. Once the file is decompressed, it creates a folder with the layout file and graphic/font files inside.
Most operating systems do have native support to open compressed archives.
